What to Do When There Is a Problem With Your Delivery

Start with the latest tracking status and your invoice number. A warehouse, hub, partial-delivery, or estimated-date status does not by itself confirm a guaranteed delivery day.

First steps

Check the recorded status before requesting delivery help.

Use the invoice number or tracking number from the receipt, label, or shipment message. The invoice number is the main reference used to review a shipment with customer support.

Step 1

Find the shipment reference

Check the receipt, invoice, QR label, confirmation message, or shipment paperwork for the invoice or tracking number.

Step 2

Review the latest status

Use the official tracker to identify the most recent warehouse, hub, transfer, dispatch, partial-delivery, or delivery update.

Step 3

Contact the appropriate support team

For delivery assistance in the Philippines, call (02) 8396-8887 or +63 930 226 7580 and provide the invoice number.

Common situations

What common delivery statuses mean.

The box is at a Philippine warehouse or local hub

The shipment may still be undergoing processing, sorting, loading, transfer, or local route scheduling. It has not been dispatched for final delivery until the status says so.

The tracking status has not changed

Updates may pause while a shipment remains in the same processing stage. A new update is normally recorded when it moves to another stage, such as hub transfer or dispatch.

Only some boxes were delivered

Boxes from the same shipment may be processed, routed, and delivered separately. Check the recorded status of the remaining box before treating it as lost.

An estimated date is shown

An estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Loading, customs processing, transfers, and local delivery scheduling can affect the timing.

Delivery requests

Ready for delivery does not guarantee delivery today.

A ready-for-delivery status means the box has reached a local stage where dispatch can be scheduled. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed. The Philippines team can review the concern, but the actual dispatch still follows current processing and route scheduling.

Delivery issues FAQ

Questions about delivery updates and next steps.

My box is already in the Philippines. Who should I contact?

Have your invoice number ready and contact the LOGO Cargo Philippines team at (02) 8396-8887 or +63 930 226 7580 for delivery assistance.

My box is at a local warehouse or hub. What happens next?

The box may still need local processing, sorting, loading, or route scheduling before dispatch. Tracking is updated when the shipment moves to the next recorded stage.

Why did some boxes arrive before the others?

Boxes from the same shipment may be processed, routed, and delivered separately. Use the invoice number to check the latest recorded status of the remaining box.

Tracking has not moved. What should I do?

Confirm the invoice or tracking number and review the latest status. Updates may not appear until the shipment moves to another stage. Contact support with the invoice number if the status remains unclear.

Is an estimated delivery date guaranteed?

No. An estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Timing may change while the shipment is being processed, loaded, transferred, cleared, or scheduled for a local route.

Can a box that is ready for delivery be delivered today?

Delivery on the same day is not guaranteed. Contact the Philippines team for assistance, but dispatch still depends on the current processing and delivery schedule.
