Company expands services, strengthens technology, and brings cargo and remittance closer to Filipino communities

For more than 33 years, LOGO Cargo has helped connect Filipino families in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines through reliable balikbayan box and remittance services.

Now, the company is preparing for a bigger and more connected future by expanding its branches, pickup routes, drop-off locations, warehouses, delivery resources, and digital services.

The expansion is designed to make LOGO Cargo more accessible to Filipino communities while improving the movement of shipments from booking and collection to warehouse processing, container loading, tracking, and final delivery.

LOGO Cargo continues to strengthen its full-handling system, allowing the company to manage shipments through its own network, employees, warehouses, and delivery teams.

From pickup to final delivery, each balikbayan box is closely monitored to provide customers with greater security, transparency, and peace of mind.

The company also continues to invest in technology.

Through the LOGO Mobile App, customers can book pickups, track shipments, locate nearby branches, access promotions, and use selected remittance services through their mobile devices.

LOGO Cargo is also improving its internal scanning, mapping, monitoring, and proof-of-delivery systems. These digital tools help branches, warehouse teams, drivers, and customer service representatives provide more accurate shipment updates and better coordination.

Aside from cargo services, the company is also expanding LOGO Remit, which allows overseas Filipinos to send financial support to their loved ones in the Philippines.

Selected LOGO locations also offer Filipino grocery products and other convenient services for overseas Filipino communities.

Behind the company’s continued growth is the vision of LOGO Cargo founder and CEO Joel P. Longares, who believes that every balikbayan box carries more than personal belongings.

Each box represents the sacrifices, hard work, love, and dreams of Filipinos living far from their families.

As LOGO Cargo expands its network and strengthens its technology, its mission remains the same—to provide dependable service and deliver every box with care, responsibility, and malasakit.

With a bigger service network, stronger digital systems, and more accessible locations, LOGO Cargo continues to move forward while keeping Filipino families connected, one box and one padala at a time.

No Third Party. One Company, Full Handling.
